Let’s take a moment on this lovely Monday to honor smoked gouda.
While I don’t know “Vern” who made the smoked gouda above, I can vouch for the cheese that I’m enjoying for lunch and can safely say that it.is.incredible. I ripped off the wrapper far too quickly to take a photo of it and was forced to google image a, “smoked gouda” jpeg — hence Vern’s cheese.
I &hearts smoked gouda and was SO excited to see it at a grocery store down here. (Yes, it’s pasteurized. Yes, I can eat it whilst pregnant.)
