In celebration of the American holiday that celebrates the contribution of workers across the land I will be going to Costco and another local supermarket with Vivienne and taking Lila to her first ballet class after school.
Mexico doesn’t celebrate American holidays because they have 730 annual holidays of their own.
I, as an American living in Mexico, will celebrate today.
It’s fiesta time.
May your end-of-summer picnics be filled with good times and memories, my America-dwelling friends.
And remember, now is the time to plan your next trip to Cabo where summer lasts year round.
