So in my spare time (no one has spare time) I’m a coach. What I do is bring together women who have like-minded goals and together we support one another for 3 weeks as we reach those goals — we do this all over Facebook.
Scary? Absolutely not.

I am watching people feel better about themselves.
In my groups – challengers are losing anywhere from 5-10 lbs in the first 21 days just with exercise and whole eating. I was just at a friend’s house yesterday – since July she’s lost 18 lbs. UNBELIEVABLE. She has more energy, fits better in her clothes, feels stronger and is setting an awesome example for her little girls.
And that challenger’s experience isn’t unique.
My next group starts on October 5th. I’m looking for 3-5 women who are ready for a change. Let’s do this.
