But when you need a quick and easy vinaigrette, who do you ask? Martha. (Duh.)
This Honey-Balsalmic Vinaigrette is just my speed. It’s everything I have on hand and it only has one step. AND The Martha recommended it.

- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, honey, mustard, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
